Process Service is the act of delivering a writ or summons upon someone. In most cases, this person is the defendant who has had a claim filed against them.
After receiving a legal document of service, it will be entered into our database within hours. In most cases, an attempt at service will be made within 24 hours. A member of our staff will contact you to confirm service upon completion.
To aid our success, we leverage the most comprehensive database software on the market. We take pride in staying on the cutting edge of technology in the process-serving industry.
Skip Tracing is the use of electronic databases to track down people. Users of skip tracing are generally debt collection agencies seeking debtors who have failed to make payments.
We utilize many options not available to the general public to help us locate defendants or witnesses that need to be served. These options include utilizing the United States Post Office address verification, as well as new technology such as online database searches.
Field Service is the act of locating and notifying debtors to contact a specific financial institution in regards to money owed. This typically involves delivering a letter from a collections department to the debtor.
We make contact with debtors who will not return phone calls, check on collateral condition and whereabouts, and emphasize the importance of contacting you. Every attempt is made to contact the debtor personally. While on site, we encourage the debtor to call you immediately. All attempts are made with respect and professionalism while emphasizing the importance of action to the debtor.
You will receive a detailed report on the information you requested and the events that transpired during the service.
